William-Sonoma is having a spring cookware sale that includes 20% off Le Creuset!

Oh man, this is good! Le Creuset is a line of heavy duty, expensive cookware. If you're like me and have spent most of your adult life ballin' on a budget, you've probably picked up a Le Creuset dutch oven and immediately dropped it like it's hot when you saw the price. But if you've been drooling over this line on fancy cookware or if you need a piece to complete your collection, now is a great time to buy!

I've gathered up some of my favorites to share with you. Some of these I'd definitely classify as must have's (or maybe just would really, really like to have) and others are fun items if your budget allows! Scroll through and then come back and let me know what your favorites are!

Le Creuset Signature Cast-Iron Round Dutch Oven

Every good and amateur chef needs a solid dutch oven and who wouldn't want one in this gorgeous Rose color?! I'm pretty much the queen of neutrals and even I can't resist beauty! I tend to enjoy cooking but this would make me enjoy cooking even MORE.

If pink isn't your cup of tea, might I suggest this gorgeous Carribean color? I'm tempted to buy this and not just because we painted an accent wall this exact color in our guest room. Or maybe that's EXACTLY why I want to buy this. I love this color!

This dutch oven comes in a multitude of colors. If you're looking to buy a set I'd suggest going with gray, white and red since those colors tend to be available for a lot of the other pieces as well.

Le Creuset Heritage Stoneware Deep Covered Baker

This one's a beaut, Clark! This is the perfect dish for roasting chickens or beef, or making pasta casseroles or veggies. The handles make this even more convenient and easier to carry. I love this deep navy color, but also love the clean look of the white.

Le Creuset Stoneware Rectangular Baker with Platter Lid

I have quite the collection of glass rectangle Pyrex baking dishes. Some of my favorite recipes are easy weeknight casseroles and this Le Creuset dish would be absolutely perfect for them. My favorite parts, other than the color, are the convenient handles and lid. I love nothing more than being able to throw a lid on dinner and slide the whole thing right into the fridge instead of digging through tupperware and dirtying more dishes. This piece is on my short list for sure!

Le Creuset Signature Fry Pan

One of my favorite features of this frying pan is its ability to go directly into the oven from the stove. There are a few one pan meals on my rotation that require being put under the broiler for a few minutes after making. You can't exactly do this with your run-of-the-mill pots and pans. You also can't a Pyrex dish directly on a burner without it exploding which I found on the hard way when I turned on the wrong burner one time. That was an EXPLOSIVE mistake. #dadjoke

Le Creuset Cast-Iron Soup Pot

I. Love. Soup. LOVE SOUP. In the winter I make a lot of heavy, cream based soups like chicken and gnocchi and broccoli cheese. In the summer I grab up all the fresh corn I can find to make fresh, light summer soups like my favorite roasted corn and poblano pepper recipe. I wonder if making soup in a pot this pretty makes it taste even better? I should buy this one and find out!

Le Creuset Cast-Iron Heart-Shaped Dutch Oven

I can't resist a theme party. Throughout my life this has transitioned from princess parties to toga parties back to cartoon character parties because mom life. I was also the homeroom mom for my daughter's kindergarten class this year which just propelled me into a cheesy, crafty, theme party goddess armed with a hot glue gun and glitter stuck in places I can't even begin to tell you. All that to say, I adore this sweet love-themed dutch oven!

Our 10 year anniversary is this summer and I can just picture myself making my husband a delicious meal in this red heart cookware and serving it while mentioning that the meal was cooked with extra love. I did say "cheesy," remember?

Le Creuset Disney Mickey Mouse™ Ramekins, Set of 2

I'm going to piggyback off my last statement and say that my daughters would get a huge kick out of these Mickey Mouse ramekins. My mother--in-law makes Mickey Mouse pancakes for my daughter whenever we visit and we went to Disney World with my whole family a year ago, so Mickey is always a winner in our house. At the very least I imagine serving some healthy snacks in these and having my kids so distracted by Mickey that they don't realize it's healthy for a few minutes.

Before I leave you let me say that Le Creuset rarely goes on sale so be sure to take advantage before this sale is over. Also get FREE SHIPPING on all orders over $49 with code SHIP4FREE.

Until next time
